I’ll use Bluehost as an example, and I recommend it for new bloggers because it’s easy, simple, and productive.
- Create a Bluehost account, then buy a WordPress hosting plan. You can start with the starter plan.
- If you buy the 12-month starter plan, you will get a domain name free for 1 year. Just make sure to register it during the process.
- Check everything and then check out. Make the payment, and then you can move to the setup process.

5. Design Your Blog
Now that you have bought the land and the base of your store, it’s time to design the store.
Website Layout
This is where you can customize your website to your preferences. In WordPress, start with the theme, which is the basic layout of your blog website. Then install Elementor, which gives you a drag-and-drop option to design your website.
There are many other customization options- font, header, footer, animation, color, space, and much more. You can do all of these easily once you install Elementor. I built this website using Elementor and WordPress with no prior knowledge of either.
